Jennifer, it's quite straightforward. You either invest in approved real estate or contribute to the SIDF (Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation). Both have different investment minimums.
 
I think the real estate option is better. You actually get something tangible in return. Not sure how the SIDF really benefits the investor directly. 🤷‍♂️
